HOBBS, Margaret M

In her 86th year, passed away at the Guelph General Hospital on Thursday, May 12, 2016. Margaret M. (nee Maddick) was the beloved wife of the late J. Arthur Hobbs (2000). She was the loved mother of Helen (Wayne Massey), Alfred and Kevin (Renée). Margaret is remembered by six grandchildren: Dwayne, Dawn, and Carrie, Amber, Ryan and Ralene, and by six great-grandchildren and by one great-great-granddaughter. She is survived by two sisters Elsie Adams and Marlene Roberts and by a sister-in-law Edna Maddick. Margaret was predeceased by a son Bobby, and by siblings Frederick, Muriel, Joyce, Cecil, Alfred and Ronald. 

Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 12 to 2 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service in the chapel at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Gordon Walls of St. George’s Anglican Church officiating.
