Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at The Elliott Community on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, having just turned 80 years old.
Loved mother of Richard (Wendy), Joyce (Bob) and Ralph (Susan). Cherished grandma to Taylor (Lisa), Lindsay (Andrew), Shawn (Alex), Erika (Michael) and Brianne (Cody). Great grandma to Thatcher and Mila. Patricia now joins her grandson Bryce Hogg, sister Peggy, brother John and parents Helen and Richard Hamilton in Heaven. She will be lovingly remembered by her niece Lynn Perkins-Nicholson.
