Of Guelph, passed away at Riverside Glen on Thursday, February 2, 2017, in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late Annie Hood (February 2016). Loved father of Alan and the late Kristi Hood, David and Rosemary Hood, Stephen Hood and Eva McQueen. Loving grandfather of Jason and Nadia, Jeffrey and Lisa, Robert John and Megan, Elizabeth Ward and Andrew, Anne Marie and Mike, Andrew, Karin and Scott, and Katrina. Great grandfather of Micah, Jaina, Patrick, Lucy, Mason and Tommy. Thomas was the last surviving sibling of the Hood family, having been predeceased by two brothers and four sisters.
Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Crestwicke Baptist Church, 400 Speedvale Ave., Guelph, on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at 4 p .m.
