Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Health Centre on Monday, November 7, 2016, surrounded by loving family, at the age of 91. Beloved husband of Faith Jagger. Dear father of James (2016), Benjamin (1991), Bret (Mariko) and Daintry Jagger. Loving grandfather of Zoe Meade (Ryan), Brook Hornsby (Anne), Sara Miall (Russell), Timothy Jagger (Roxanna), Daniel Jagger, Gabriel Hornsby (Elissa). Great grandfather of eleven. Dear brother of Charles (2006), William (2002), David Gage (Sheila), Will be missed by nieces, nephews and extended family.
Philip served overseas during the last year of WW2 as an officer with RCAF in Bomber Command. Funeral service will be held at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, on Monday, November 14 at 2 p.m. Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Reception Centre. Interment at Farnham Cemetery, Arkell. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
