Roy, of Guelph, and with his family at his side, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
Loving husband of Susan. Loved Dad of Brad (Jenny) and Greg (Jen). Dear Poppa to Taylor (Troy), Rayann, Brianna (Ethan) and Jia Jia. Predeceased by dear Grandson Gavin (2016). Great Poppa to Isla and a new arrival due in October. Survived by Mother Alice Hoffman, sister Donna McLaren and nieces Tammy (Tilbert) and Tracey (Rick). He will be remembered by all of his family, friends and co-workers.
Cremation has taken place. Private family service. A Celebration of Life for Roy will be announced a later date. If desired, memorial donations to Children’s Miracle Network would be appreciated. The family extends a sincere thank you to Emergency First Responders, doctors, nurses and staff at Guelph General Hospital and St. Mary's General Hospital in Kitchener.
