Passed away suddenly on January 9, 2018 in Red Lake, Ontario. Husband of Rhona (nee Hunter). Father of Lisa Dumontier (Marshall), Aislyn Jenner (Ryan) and Emma Karschti (Ian Loney).
Mister to Brooklynn, Avery, Peyton, Makenna, Jayce and Violet. Son of Regina and Johann Karschti. Brother of Annemarie (Ron) Schatz and Diana (Bill) Van Breugel.
Brother-in-law of Leslie (Jack) Heer and Aileen (Gary) Finnegan. Uncle of many nieces and nephews and their families
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday Feb. 10th (visitation one hour prior) at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Homes Waterloo Chapel, 617 King St. N., Waterloo. Reception to follow. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
