Passed away unexpectedly at the Guelph General Hospital on Monday, August 20, 2018. Beloved daughter of Jadwiga Cieslik-Kostrzynska and the late Stanislaw Kostrzynski.
Fondly remembered by her brother and family in Poland. Sadly missed by her friends, colleagues at AAFC, and her church community.
Visitation will be held at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Thursday, August 23 from 5-7 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Parish, 98 Alice St., Guelph on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 11 am. Following the Mass, burial will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 762 Woolwich St., Guelph.
