Passed away suddenly at the Guelph General Hospital on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at the age of 78. Survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Diane Laughlin. Loved father of Kevin, Scott (Rhonda) and Kristine Aubin (Ron). Adored by his grandchildren: Michelle Grant (Steven), John Laughlin (Rebbecca), Jessica Aubin, Ryley Aubin and great grandchild: Kepler Grant. Lorne will be lovingly missed and remembered by his siblings: Margaret Wittick, Dorothy Wilson (Roger), Mary Melitzer (Dave); sisters in-law: Jean Laughlin, Shirley Laughlin, Sharon Bird; brother in-law: Bernie Campbell, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Ruby Laughlin; sister: Helen Laughlin-Campbell, brothers: Roy and John and brothers in-law: John Wittick and Edward Bird. Cremation has taken place.
