It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Fred Emil Leisch, long time resident of Eden Mills. He was born in Minnesota on December 2, 1929 and passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Betty Leisch (nee Meyers, 2008). They lived in California until 1972. Fred served with the U.S. Navy, was a veteran of the Korean War, and was a long time employee at WC Woods. He is fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins. As per his wishes, there will be no formal funeral service.
