Gregory James MacCuish, 73, of Guelph, Ontario, unexpectedly but peacefully, July 9th, at Guelph General Hospital passed away with his family by his side. Predeceased by his parents James Hector MacCuish and Cornelia MacCuish. Survived by, his sister Janna Watson of Bracebridge, ON.
Survived by his two sons, through his union with Barb Reeves, Paul (Angie Wong) of Vancouver, BC, and Adrian (Sarah) MacCuish of Woodstock, ON. Greg cherished his grandchildren, Ainsley, Callum and Trista. Born and raised in Woodstock, Ontario before settling in Guelph. Greg devoted over 50 years as a skilled dental technician, spending many years at Pow in Woodstock and Guelph. An eccentric man who loved art, photography, music and books. Greg adored performing on stage at both the Woodstock and Ingersoll little theatres. Never one to pass up a sailing trip with his life long friends, Herb and Rob.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Anyone wishing to make a donation is encouraged to do so to the Woodstock Little Theatre or their local community performing arts theatre.
