MacDONALD, Peter

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Peter MacDonald on January 9, 2022, at the age of 70.

Beloved husband of Debbie for almost 50 years. Loving father of Jason (Denise), Jeff, and Rick. Cherished Papa to Alyssa, Kiearha, Lacey, Natalie, and Paul.

Peter was born in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia and moved to Guelph with his wife and three boys in 1988. He has a great sense of humour and loved to joke around with his family and friends. He always had a bird on his shoulder and a remote control in his hand.

A sincere thank you to the staff and volunteers at Hospice Wellington for their kindness and care during his brief stay there.

As per the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place and celebration of life ceremony will take place at a later date. Peter will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
