Passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington on Thursday, January 18, 2018, surrounded by family. Predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Walter (2016), father George Kuzma (1969) and mother Sue Kuzma (2002). Bernice will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by her children Lynn and son-in-law James, Scott (Deborah) and Lea-Anne (Carter), grandchildren Karly and Jasper, her sister Sue (the late Joe, 2002), niece Joanne (Gary) and nephew Greg (Kim).
Bernice worked for 24 years with Dr. Cohen as his dental assistant. She loved her job and co-workers and made many lifelong friends. She will be missed by an incredible group of women, together through hard times and good, they shared many glasses of wine and good food.
The family would like to thank the Dr. Slatkovsky of the 7th Floor at Guelph General, and the staff and volunteers of Hospice Wellington for the great care, dignity and respect they gave to Mom.
