McKAY, Irene

Peacefully at her home in Guelph, on Sunday, April 9, 2016. Irene McKay, age 78 years, was the beloved wife of the late Alex Mckay (2011). She was the loving mother of Donald and his wife Polly of Oliver, BC, Robert and his wife Erin of Guelph, and Brian and his wife Stacey of Cambidge. Irene was the proud grandmother of Ryan, Olivia, Leanne, Ryan, and Paige. She was the dear sister of Georgina, Walter, and Edith. 

Private cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 1 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 234 Poppy Fund, or to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 234 Ladies Auxillary would be appreciated by the family.
