Of Guelph, passed away at the Guelph General Hospital on Sunday, Oct. 7 2018, in his 94th year.
Beloved husband of Georgina Agnes (McIntyre).
Caring father of Jim and Sharon, Lloyd and Liz, Nancy and Larry Ferguson, Colin and Marcia, Marie and Brad Chartrand, Eillen Boys and the late Alvin Boys.
Cherished grandfather of 14 and great-grandfather of 14.
Fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Predeceased by parents Eccles and Annie McMillan, two sisters, Lil and George Elgie, and Jean and Charlie Hattle and two brothers, Bill and Kay McMillan and Ken McMillan.
Survived by sisters-in-law Anna McMillan, Aileen Hattle and Doreen McIntyre.
Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, Tuesday 7-9 pm and Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 11 am. Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre. Burial will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Barrie Hill United Church or the Lung Association would be appreciated.
