Passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington on Friday, January 29, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Elisabeth Melnichenko (10/2012). Proud and devoted father of Ronda of Guelph and cherished Grandpa of Tyson Lubbers. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial contributions to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
