Passed away peacefully at home, in his 81st year on Jan. 5th 2018. Bruce will be dearly missed by his loving wife Edna Mewhiney, Daughter Bonnie Boire, daughter Lisa Hoegy and husband Scott Hoegy. Predeceased by Daughter Kim Nicklasson and husband Dwayne Nicklasson. Bruce will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Bryce Boire, Keshia Boire (Trevor Pringle), Dustin Nicklasson (Hayley), Matthew Nicklasson (Shannon Novak), Mark Nicklasson (Kelsie Mernagh), Austin Hoegy and Spencer Hoegy as well as great grandchildren Landon and Taylen Nicklasson. Bruce will be remembered by his sister Brenda Ciufo (Phil), brother-in- law George Howlett and sister-in-law Sharon Austin (Ken) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Carolyn Ineson. Visitation for Bruce will be held at The Graham Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South in Fergus on Wednesday January 10th from 12-2 p.m. followed by a memorial service being held in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, the family would appreciate donations being directed toward the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington or to The Ontario Lung Association. www.grahamgiddyfh.com (519)843-3100
