(1942 – 2016) With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear husband and father Don, at the age of 74, on Thursday, June 2nd. Loving husband of Cheryl, beloved father of Jeannette (Keith), Suzanne, Rob and Ian (Kerri), devoted grandpa of Zayd, Haytham, Nathan, Ruqaya, Tatum and Benjamin. Don will also be missed by his sister Beverly (Rob Moore) and brother Brian Muir (Christine) as well as his nieces and nephews. Don was fortunate to enjoy many adventures, be it travelling to far off destinations, skiing or driving his Miata. He will be remembered by his many friends for his good sense of humour and camaraderie. We will miss his generosity, kindness and the love that he brought to our family. At Don’s request, there will be a private Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. Anyone wishing to honour Don’s memory is asked to consider a donation to Hospice Wellington, Guelph.
