Moving to the Village by the Arboretum in Guelph in 2007, she founded the harp group, The Harpeggios, was a keen member of the Village Freewheelers, a wicked Bocce player, a member of the Village Singers and the Village Book Club. She was an active member of Knox Presbyterian Church and of Halton-Peel Burns Club.
