PERRY, Gordon Stanley

Peacefully at home on Saturday, March 19, 2016 in his 91st year after a rich and fulfilling life. Gord leaves behind his wife Florence (Brodie), children Elaine, Pauline, Marlene (Italo Gemin), Gordon, Karen and Leona, as well as 13 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his six siblings and grandson Brodie. Gord enjoyed the simple pleasures of life such as spending time with family and their dogs, feeding the birds, watching a good horse race, and always had room for a great piece of pie. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, where the family will receive friends on Monday, March 21, 2016 from 12 – 2 p.m., immediately followed by a Celebration of Life. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre, Kitchener or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
