Passed away peacefully, with family by her side on Monday, July 2, 2018 at Hospice Wellington, Guelph, at the age of 81 years. Doreen was the beloved wife of the late Malcolm (2015). She was the loving mother of Bonnie Armstrong and Barbara Gaudette. Cherished Grandmother of Emily (Mike), Matthew (Sam) and Tyler. Special Gigi of Mäelle, Blair, Maryanne and Baby ‘Mac’. Doreen is also fondly remembered by her brother Walter Worthington, of England, by Jim Armstrong, Daryl Gaudette and by many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Friday, July 6, 2018 for visiting from 1 – 2 p.m., with the funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park, then back to the funeral home for the reception. Memorial contributions to the Hospice Wellington would be appreciated.
