Passed away peacefully, with his loving family by his side, at Hospice Wellington on Saturday, November 18, 2017. Fred was the loving husband for 52 years to Godelieve and the beloved father of Michael (Lorrie) and Brian. Cherished grandfather of Branden and Brent. He is survived by his brothers Honny and Joe and predeceased by his parents Andre and Leonie Poppe and by his brother Rudy.
A celebration of life to commemorate Fred will be held at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. If so desired and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hospice Wellington would be appreciated.
