Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Hospice Wellington on Monday, October 10, 2016 at the age of 61. Loved son of Robert Putnam and the late D. Joyce Putnam. Proud father of John, Michael, Gray and Declan all of Toronto. Dear brother of Kathy Holmes (Mike) of Puslinch and the late Doug Putnam. Cherished uncle of Jason Putnam and Jacqui, Sydney and Alyssa Holmes. Cremation is taking place. Services are private.
