Suddenly, at Hospice Wellington, on Sunday June 12, 2022. Kathy (McIvor) (Hewitt) in her 71st year. Dear daughter of Alan McIvor and the late Stella. Beloved wife of Egil Rasmussen. Dear mother of Aaron (Alissa) Hewitt, Nathan (Milena) Hewitt, Mark (Amanda) Hewitt, Lynn (Jeremy), stepmother of David (Brenda), and Stephen Rasmussen. Proud and loving Grandma of Paige, Cameron, David, Ruby, Colin, Amber, Ainsley, and Owen. Much loved sister of Donna (late Derek) Kuenzig, Bob (Barb) McIvor, Jeff (Sue) McIvor. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Kathy was predeceased by her first husband, Wayne Hewitt (2014).
Visitation will be held at Crestwicke Baptist Church, 400 Speedvale Avenue E. Guelph, N1E 1N9 on Thursday June 16, 2022 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Interment at Farnham Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph.
