Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on Thursday, September 8, 2016, in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Mae Robertson (nee Laing, 2004). Loved father of Trish (Brian) Stover and Pam (the late Alex) Feldman. Predeceased by daughter Linda Mae (Richard) Wilson. Loving grandfather of Maribeth (Todd) Borthwick, Andrew Aiken, Debbie Mielitz and Ashley O’Connell. Great grandfather of ten. Dear brother of Kenneth (Marlene) Robertson, Donna (Bev) Sparkman and brother-in-law of Terry Robertson. Predeceased by siblings Murray Robertson, Wilmer Robertson, Marilyn Snyder, Eugene (Dot) Robertson, Orma (Ross) McCullough, Harley Robertson and Judy Roy. Will be sadly missed by dear friend Georgina McLellan. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A service to celebrate Bob’s life will be held at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre. Memorial contributions to the charity of choice would be appreciated.
