Passed away peacefully on April 20, 2018 at Riverside Glen in Guelph, at the age of 82.
Devoted wife of Raymond Royce, loving mother to Kathy (Dan) Rive, Laurie (Dan) Kirby, Scott (Cora) and Sandy (Hendrik) Grootendorst and Nana to 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Joan (Walker), Bill, Babs (Wingrove) and predeceased by Grace (Rock) 2018 and John (in infancy).
Shirley was a supportive, loving, energetic and creative wife, mother and Nana. She lived with dignity and strength of character that was an inspiration to family and friends. She will be missed. Thank you to Dr. Friars and amazing staff at Riverside Glen.
