SEIFRIED, Jean

It is with great sadness that the family of William Joseph Seifried share the sudden passing of Jean (Georgia Jean Walker) Seifried, Bill’s adored wife, our devoted mother, loving grandmother and great grandmother. Jean and Bill were an amazing couple, inseparable for 71 years. Her children, Lynda and Adrian, Brian and Meriam, Garry and Karen and Kevin and Cyndi were blessed by her constant love and thoughtfulness. She will be forever missed by her grandchildren Alissa, Eric, James, Ryan, Lauren, Kate, Stuart, Gordon and Alicia. Jean’s sense of humour, love of the outdoors, enjoyment of games, amazing dinners, many photos and family gatherings touched all our lives. Jeannie was predeceased by her brothers Billy and Bernie Walker and her sister, Ruby Hall. She is survived by her sisters Frances Chadder and Kathleen Dennis. A private family celebration of Jean has taken place. Donations in her memory can be made to the Salvation Army or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
