It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Isabelle Louise Serafin on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Twin Oaks of Maryhill Long Term Care Facility at the age of 82 years. Isabelle was the beloved wife of the late Frank Serafin (2006). Cherished mother of Rosemarie Bordeleau (D’Arcy), Louise McIntyre (Keith) and Frank Serafin. Devoted grandmother of Brandon Bordeleau, Craig Bordeleau, Madison Solda, Trenton Serafin, Tessa Serafin and great grandmother of Owen Bordeleau. Dear sister of Mary Trudel. Isabelle is predeceased by her parents Charles and Margaret Ford and her siblings Jack Ford, Elizabeth Cengija and Jim Ford. Isabelle will be sorely missed by her many friends and relatives.

Isabelle was a day care provider for many years and enjoyed watching the children flourish and was proud of all their accomplishments. She enjoyed gardening, baking, Bingo, shopping and lunch dates with her daughters. Isabelle will forever be remembered for her kindness and love of others and her positivity. She always made the best of a bad situation and never wanted to be a burden.

Special thanks to Dr. Doris Winfield, nurses Tamara, Sherin, Binu, Laigy and to all of the staff at Twin Oaks of Maryhill for the exceptional care our mother received.
