It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Rose SLACK (nee Kohli) – Of Guelph who passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Health Centre on Thursday May 19, 2016 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late John Slack (2009), Loved mother of the late Robert (2012) (Gina) Slack, Ann (Duane) Forth and Lynn (Steve) Ball. Loving grandmother to David (Mandi) Slack and Chris (Kateyln) Slack, Joel (Erin) Forth, Lindsay (Ryan) Alexander, and the late Kyle Forth, Rory (Scott) Ball and Zach Ball. Great-Grandmother to Mercedes, Elise and Mclaren Forth, Elaina and Jonah Alexander. Graveside burial at Woodlawn Cemetery in Guelph on Saturday May 21, 2016. Memorial contributions to Family and Children's Services of Guelph and Wellington County or the Gideon Bible Plan would be appreciated.
