Of Preston, passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord and Saviour on Sunday, October 20, 2019, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital in his 93rd year with his family by his side.
Beloved husband of Maaike (nee Schouwstra). Loved father of Peter (Julie) Smith, James (Gwen) Smith, Daniel (Patricia) Smith and Geoffrey (Maria) Smith. Cherished grandfather of Daniel, Benjamin, Holly, Matthew and James. Predeceased by infant son John (1957) and granddaughter Gabriella.
Friends will be received at Royal City Baptist Church on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 11 am until 12 noon. Funeral service will be held at the church at 12 noon. Reception to follow in the church hall. Arrangements entrusted to the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 519-822-0051.
