Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, in her 96th year.
Loved mother of Janet and husband Ross Howlett of Orillia, Rosalyn and Carl Insley of Rockwood, Valerie and Ron Hounsell of Lyndhurst and Greg of Toronto. Loving grandmother of Faith and Brendan Insley, and Carina and Joe Spence, Step-Grandmother of Robert, Felicity, Melissa, Kirsten, Luke and Gabe Pre-deceased by sisters Ivy Murphy and Florence Neill.
Twenty year resident of Guelph, formerly of Picton, Ontario, and Stouffville, Ontario. Born and raised in Mimico, Ontario. Frances was a former member of the Evergreen Centre, where she was a longtime member of the Writer's Club.
At Frances’ request, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.
