Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at Groves Memorial Hospital on Thursday, April 27th, 2017, at the age of 89 years. Beloved wife of the late John Eric (Jack) Swan (1993). Loving mother of Gwynneth Miersma, the late Kenneth Swan (Sue) and John Swan (Donna). Lovingly remembered by her grandkids Sean (Joanne), Anthony (Maria), Andrea (Merrick), Andy (Shannon), Sharon (Leonard), Lisa (Chris), Carla (Aziz), Jeremy (Amanda), Johnathan and Isabel. Great grandmother to seventeen. Predeceased by her sister Doris Lycett (March 17, 2017). Fondly remembered by the Swan family in western Canada.
Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Monday, May 1, 2017 from 2-3 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 3 p.m. Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre.
