Passed away at St. Josephs Health Centre, Guelph, on Sunday, March 12, 2017. Stanley John Sweeney, in his 91st year, was the beloved husband of Mary (nee Sebin) Sweeney (1990). He was the dear father of Robert of Guelph and Janice Schut (Edward) of Vancouver. Stan was the dear grandfather of Aaron and Tracy. He was the brother of the late Rita Gelb
and the late Leonard, James, Frank and Joseph Sweeney.
Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Interment, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
