It is with heavy hearts, but with a firm hope in the
Resurrection, that we announce the sudden death of our beloved family
member, Gene Wayne Takacs, 65 years old.
Gene will be sorely missed by his son Andrew and fiancée Mina, and his
sisters, Laura and Mary. Gene was the beloved Grandpa to Raya and Ryden,
and Ryden will especially miss his Poppy. Gene struggled valiantly with
numerous health issues over the last few years, but we hope and pray, that
through God's tender mercy, he is eternally in Christ's peace, joy and
light.
A funeral mass will be held at Holy Rosary Church, 175 Emma Street,
Guelph on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 1p.m. Entombment at Marymount Cemetery,
Guelph.
