Of Guelph, passed away at his residence on Wednessday, September 7, 2016 at the age of 65. Loved father of Brenda (Rob) DeForest, Wayne (Sheila) Thomson. Loving grandfather of Amanda and Laura Thomson, Taryn and Aryssa DeForest. Dear brother of Hugh (Ganice) Thomson, Kathy (Al) Lorenz and brother-in-law of Caroline Thomson. Will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by brother Joseph Thomson. Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St. on Monday, September 12, 2016 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 3:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre. Memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
