Passed away peacefully with his family by his side, at St. Marys Hospital, Kitchener, on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, in his 89th year. Toni was the
cherished and devoted husband of the late Caterina (nee Dallan) (July 29, 2014). He was the loving father of Luciano (Mary), Nadia (Michael McKay),
Frank (Dayle), and Frances (Richard Marciniak). He was the proud Nonno of Amanda (Stephen Roloson), David (Keira), Nicholas, Emily, Gina, Eric, Justine (Andrew Giosa), Jordan (Anja), Dylan, Julia, Jessica, Dana (Brandon Wyse), Melissa, and was an overjoyed Bisnonno to Lily, Michael, Matthew, and Olivia. Predeceased by his parents Giovanni and Amalia (Pandolfo), sibilings Rosetta, Giovanna, Graziano, Nico and Luigi. Survived by sisters Elda, Lina, Milena, Delfina and Bertilla.

Toni was an incredibly hard-working man who was deeply committed to both his family and faith. He, along with his wife Caterina (Rina) and their
four children, Luciano, Nadia, Frank, and Frances, immigrated to Guelph, Ontario, Canada in 1967. Here, his determination and ingenuity allowed him to provide and build a happy and full life for his family working in the mechanical insulation industry all over the country. He was a skilled tradesman who loved to build and restore artifacts, nurture his garden, craft wooden models, make salami, and very good wine.

The shared values that Toni and his beloved wife Rina cultivated in their children permeated the entire family. This immense loss leaves behind a legacy spanning four generations who are committed to continuing and propagating this beautiful gift. Toni will be reunited with Rina one day. They both are missed greatly and mourned deeply by all relatives and invaluable friends in Italy, Australia, and Canada. Special thank you to all of the dedicated nurses, doctors, caregivers, and staff at the St. Marys Respiratory Unit.
