Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on April 8, 2018, surrounded by his loving family at the age of 54 years.
Beloved husband and best friend of 33 years to Yvonne Westerby. Dad will be sadly missed by Kayla (Damon), Jazzlyn (Dale) and Tyler. Best friend to Jeff, Mark and Dee. Cherished grandpa of Lexis, Keenah, Avery, Declan, Parker, Lila and Dominic.
A memorial gathering to celebrate John’s life will be held at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 2-4 p.m.
