WILLIAMS, Blanche

Passed away at the Village of Riverside Glenn, Guelph ON, on March 16th in her 96th year. Born in Hinton Manitoba in 1921 she was the beloved wife of the late Frederick Marlowe Williams. Blanche and Fred lived most of their lives in Bramalea, ON, and were parishioners of St. John Fisher Catholic Church. She was the loving Mother to Cathy and Marty, Mother-in-law to Janet, Boba (Grandmother) to Oliver. She was the dear sister to nine siblings, of whom only Celia Prucyk of Winnipeg survives her. Blanche also leaves many nieces and nephews across Canada and the US. A service to celebrate Blanche’s life will be held on Saturday, March 26th, at 1pm at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph. Reception to follow. Memorial Contributions to the Guelph Children's Foundation would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Blanche Williams in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 18, 2016 at 2:30 pm.
