Passed away peacefully at Trinity Village Care Centre, Kitchener on Sunday, May 8, 2016, at the age of 93. Beloved wife of 59 years to the late Arthur (2007). Loved mother of Larry (Marilyn), Mark (Heather) and the late Bob (2007). Loving grandmother of Steven, Jenna, Graham, Ryan and Lexa. Will be sadly missed by Brenda Willis, sister-in-law Marie Willis and daughter-in-law Colleen Willis. Predeceased by brother Charles (Nova) Vellema and sister Florence (Al) Tauschman. Alice was an active member of the College Women’s Club, as well as Chalmers United Church and Dublin Street United Church. A memorial gathering will be held at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
