Passed away peacefully at his home on March 7 2017 at the age of 77. George leaves behind his loving wife Muriel Woods nee: Hutchinson and their children Donna Raynard(Glenn) and Steven Woods(Janine nee:Bellamy) as well as grandchildren Trevor, Heidi, Curtis, Craig, Kaitlin and Jesse. Also survived by His sister Mary Wilson(Jack), sister-in-law Simona Woods and Agnes Woods. Predeceased by his brothers Joe and John. Visitation for George will be held at The Graham Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South, Fergus from 2-4 and 6:30-8:30pm on Friday March 10th. Funeral will be held at the Central Pentecostal Church, Elora, on Saturday March 11th at 11am.
