Passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington. Jan was the dear brother of, Hank (Maggie); brother-in-law of Brenda; cherished uncle of Mike (Tara), Todd, Michelle, Greg, Nicole (Jamie), Steve (Jana) and Brad; great uncle of AJ, Scott, Jennifer, Logan, Molly, Owen, Brendon, Jenna and Colleen. Treasured friend of Chris and Susan Maldonado. Jan was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved his time spent North especially at Lady Evelyn. His dogs were the world to him, he loved them all. Jan was predeceased by his parents; Jan and Engelina and by his Brother, Rick. Many thanks to Hospice Wellington, Guelph staff for their loving care. Cremation has taken place.
