ZUCCALA, Ralph Joseph. Passed away peacefully at the Guelph General hospital on Wednesday evening. Ralph was the son of Antonella and Augustine Zuccala and the beloved husband of Mavis (Givens) of seventy years.
He will be missed by his son, Ralph and his predeceased wife, Donna; Joanne and her husband Bob Easton; Augie and his wife Nancy; Joseph and his partner Andrew Barrett and Rosemarie.
Ralph is the brother of George Zuccala. Predeceased by sisters Rose and Mary and brothers Frank, Louis and Augie.
Ralph was very sociable and loved his family and friends dearly. He was fondly known for his love of red wine and calamari. He will be lovingly remembered by his seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
The family will be receiving friends at MacIntyre Gilbert & Son Funeral Home at 252 Dublin Street North Guelph on Friday visitations 2-4pm 7-9pm followed by the funeral on Saturday at Sacred Heart Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
