TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH/ERAMOSA - On the morning of Tuesday, May 9, 2017 Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a theft of building materials from a construction site on Sideroad 2 West, south of Mount Forest.

Sometime overnight, between Sunday, May 7 and May 8, suspect(s) entered the site and stole 4 tons of sheet metal roofing material worth approximately $10,000.

OPP Forensic Identification Services attended and are currently analysing crime scene evidence. 

If you suspect someone is trying to sell stolen property or have information regarding the theft of this or other property, please contact the Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
