COUNTY OF WELLINGTON - Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are sending a message to drivers who want to race, if you get caught, expect the road ahead to be rough. In the last 30 days OPP in Wellington County have charged 20 people with Racing, a charge that includes an automatic licence suspension and vehicle impoundment for seven days.
"We focus on keeping our streets and highways safe. So long as the few continue to risk the many we will target those offenders" Staff Sergeant Paul Schambers, Wellington County OPP.
