$3,500 worth of copper wire stolen

On Dec. 17, 2017 Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a theft of copper wire from an address on Eramosa Road, Township of Guelph-Eramosa.

Investigation revealed that sometime between Dec. 16, 2017 7 a.m. and Dec. 17, 2017 11:40 a.m., unknown suspect(s) accessed the property. Suspect(s) stole approximately 1,000 lbs. of copper wire valued at approximately $3,500 as well as five car batteries.
