Two reports of indecent act – arrest made
On September 13, 2016 at 11:35 a.m., a woman was jogging along the trail at Riverside Park when a male on a bike rode past her. She then observed the male who had stopped, exposing himself. She continued past the man and then called police.
At 11:57 a.m., two women walking their dogs on the trail between Woodlawn Road and Victoria Road had the male ride past them on his bike. They then observed this same male closer to Victoria Road, masturbating. The male then got onto his bike and rode away. The women called police who located the man on Victoria Road shortly after and he was arrested.
A 22-year-old Guelph man has been charged with three counts of indecent act and breach of probation. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on September 14, 2016.
