It is alleged that a 41-year-old Baden man entered a Stone Road Mall store on three different occasions within a week and while trying on clothes, exposed himself to female staff each time.
Police investigated and the man was identified with the use of internal video on the premise. On June 4, members of the Waterloo Regional Police arrested the man and then returned him to Guelph where he was given over to the Guelph Police Service.
Gary Dehn was charged with three counts of an indecent act and was later released to appear in a Guelph court on July 18, 2017.
