Guelph Police began an investigation on Oct. 24, 2018 at a business on Edinburgh Road North. It is alleged that male was in a sauna, while two boys under the age of 18 were also in the sauna, and the male exposed himself to the boys and the boys left.
As a result, on Nov. 2, 2018, Naeem Khan, a 30-year-old Brampton male, was arrested for indecent act and exposing to a person under the age of 16.
Khan is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 18, 2018.
