GUELPH/ERAMOSA - On Sept. 24, 2017 at approximately 2:25 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised of a single motor vehicle in a ditch on County Road 44, Township of Guelph/Eramosa.

While speaking with the driver the officer observed signs of impairment by alcohol. He was arrested and brought to a local OPP Operations Centre for further testing.

Twenty-seven-year-old Zachary Bouck of Burlington has been charged with over 80 and drive motor vehicle while Impaired contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. His driver's licence has been suspended for 90 days and the vehicle impounded for a period of seven days as per statue.

He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on Oct. 31, 2017 to answer to the charges.
