On Sept. 26, 2018, at approximately 11:59 p.m., Guelph Police were called to a single motor vehicle collision in the area of Gordon Street and Clair Road.
Guelph Police attended to the area and located the responsible vehicle and driver. After speaking with the male driver, he was arrested and charged for impaired driving and over 80.
Mackenzie Hetherington, a 24-year-old Chatham male is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 16, 2018.
