On Feb. 15, 2018 at approximately 3 p.m., Guelph Police responded for a three-vehicle motor vehicle collision in the area of Stevenson Street South and York Road. Minor injuries were reported.
One of the drivers involved is alleged to have failed a roadside test and was arrested. The driver is also alleged to have refused samples of her breath.
A 42-year-old Guelph female was charged with impaired driving and refuse/fail to provide breath sample.
